We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Very pleased with the whole experience from the visit for an estimate to setting a date and days the work was carried out, because I had a leak was given possible damage repair figures if it required extra materials or work no frighteners but sound advice. Fortunately the weather just held off long enough for the work to be done. Warning their serial tea drinkers but that maintained their energy and skill levels. There were 5 the first day and all could swap and change so keeping the job flowing.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional.
