Hi my name is Trevor Gwynn I have only recently 're activated my account with Rated People as I have been carrying out extensive alterations to my new home so not actively seeking work This is almost complete now and I am returning to taking on outside work.I have been in the building trade for over 25 years and as such you are you are assured a professional job every time as my previous ratings will testify. Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to Trevor. He was punctual, communicated well, worked full days and for a fair price.

Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. And every job has to be done to the highest standard within a sufficient time scale to first class finish as the finish of my work is my business card creating good word of mouth and good reviews.

Steve has just completed an excellent job of fitting three interior oak doors for me - I am very pleased with the work he has done ! He has previously fitted skirting and architrave and finished both jobs with attention to detail and professionalism. Steve is a very personable chap, prompt, courteous and tidy. We manufacture and fit certified fire-doors full time. Hi I’m Matthew, I work at a fire door firm, any work I can bring in for myself or the firm is ideal. With new door installs we aim to survey, manufacture & fit within 2 weeks, (door number dependant). Tools & vans & labour is a given. We take on and firedoor works (remedials & new installs) , and any related fire works I.e. firestopping and fire rated partitions / ceilings. We work to a high standard given that fire-doors have strict tolerances and product specifications. We only use the correct products (mastic & A1 / firebatt and blue 60 foam where allowed) and fire-rated ironmongery. We include a report with our works which includes before, during and after photos with any comments / suggestions relating to fire safety. Work in mostly with contracts on care homes and student accommodation, tidiness and quality work is guaranteed - always willing to go back. Working with contracts, there can be breaks in-between phases of works smaller jobs are perfect as well! My teams is respectful, with tons of experience and willing to go the extra mile for tenants/ landlords clients all the same. Years of experiences in the firm - personally been on firedoors full time for 4 years. Have all the related courses, worked on prisons, military bases, care homes , student accommodation all over the UK fitting doors & fire rated partitions ceilings & firestopping works. Work alongside joiners with over 40 years experience and electricians with their own firms. Personal qualifications include: joiner nvq level2 (5yrs), (currently getting my black card), FIRAS certified fire-door fitter, asbestos, manual handling, working at heights, first aider & CRB checked ??. Before I was an apprentice joiner I was a fixer’s apprentice for 2 years (drywall & MF). Work with a number of joiners and electricians, work outside our scope is also welcome!
