Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

HTB Construction is a family business. We undertake all aspects of building work, i.e. full renovations, conversions, extensions, bricklaying, plastering, pointing and GRP roofing. We also have plumbers and electricians if required to sign work off. Everybody that we have working with us have been with us for a long time and are 100% trustworthy. Fence was not finished to a high standard. There was a 1 meter gap left at the end of the fence. At the other end the panel was cut down to size but not capped off, just wedged in. 1 year later part of the fence had to be redone. Tried to contact the company after and they failed to respond.
