M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Polite, tidy, skilled, talented and efficient, he double checked every detail with me so we got what we wanted. Delighted.
