Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. And very reasonable Mason is very reliable, he arranged times to be with me, texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I found Mason to be very friendly, polite and helpful, and will definetly be recommending him to others and will no doubt contact him again when i need something doing around the house

I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.
