First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I have been trading for 20 years, so I have plenty of experience in the building trade. For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company. But recently decided to do my own work again which is why i have got to build up ratings. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I

Lovely family run business, quick to respond for quoting and squeezed the job in for me the next day as I was in a rush! Reasonably priced and great communication. Even sorted a couple of slipped tiles at no extra cost. Would recommend this company.
