This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

He completed a re rendering job and damp prevention job on my bay window. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Completed the job in a day and everything was neat and well done. Nick did a fantastic job at removing our chimney breast wall. He was very professional and thorough with the job. We paid the council to sign this job off too. The team Nick has his fab. I would definitely recommend Nick and use him again. Nick give us a good price too. The guys cleared up after themselves and organised a skip, we didn't notice alot of mess, thank you.

I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. So much so I have already asked for further works to be done.

Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. Dom said it would take three weeks and he was very true to his word.
