Kenny boxed in a boiler for me and I’m really pleased with the work, it looks great. What I also really appreciated was the communication before and during the job; he provided a quote, agreed a day that suited me and turned up when he said he would. He let me know in advance of any changes and was respectful of my home and tidied up both during and after the job.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

Very poor service. Apparently fixed the cord and charged me full price and after a couple of weeks it was broken again. When asked to come back and check he wasn’t helpful and never came back. Had to call someone else who then showed me that it wasn’t fixed properly as all the wires were coming out of the cover which was dangerous. I will never recommend his service.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys!
