I cannot recommend Simon for bathroom refits. The project, estimated at three weeks, took five, with Simon showing frustration. Work quality was poor: leaking sink, bad paintwork, a hole behind the toilet, wrong radiator size, chipped tiles, incomplete grouting, exposed pipes, and faulty fittings like a shower door and tap handles falling off. Despite contacting him over three months, he hasn’t resolved these issues. His aftercare is unresponsive, and the work is substandard as illustrated in the photos.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

This is really -5! This is not a carpenter just a chancer who is rude aggressive abusing and not a nice person! Stay clear he will not do as asked but will try to cut corners and provide poor quality products! He should be removed from this platform!! Use at your peril!!

We are very pleased with our garage conversion. It was well designed to give maximum space and a lovely room and shower room. All the work has been done to a very high standard. The finish is good and all the boys who worked in our home were pleasant and thoughtful. I would recommend MTP contracts

sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.
