Nicole either cannot estimate or deliberately quotes low to get the job and then operative turns up and get part way through the job and tells you it’s going to cost more money because the job is more than described. This is despite adequate photos and descriptions being provided.

Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Pros: 1) very responsive over text; 2) good price; 3) majority of fencing work was carried out to a high standard. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).
