Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.

Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.

I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. This has won over my trust and I will surely enlist their expertise again soon.

Excellent and helpful approach. On time, on budget and just got stuck into the job. I had a further issue with a leaking water pipe and Kevin also helped sort that out as well. Will definitely use them again.

Came to look. Quoted a price. Talked about timing to do job. Said he’d send an email quote via rated people. Nothing! No further comment. No contact. Not replied to my email asking what’s happening. Suggest avoid at all costs….
