Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. We hired Peter to work on a loft conversion. He is a very professional and reliable contractor who we found to be very honest. The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.
