Paul did a great job for a really good price with some holes in bricks and took out the plant growing in there. He also fixed a window rotten bottom but and opened it after council painted it closed for me when asked. Communication is really easy and pricing is very fair + also really nice guy. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
