The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Kevin from Kings responded quickly with a visit in days to provide a free estimate. Friendly, responsive service with good value for money. Quality of work seems great and was undertaken efficiently and very tidily. Kevin was able to advise and change to my needs on the job with no fuss. Helpful advice which was priced fairly. We would highly recommend Mircea to anyone seeking plastering services. He was quick to survey and provide a cost without being pushy. Work commenced shortly afterwards with Mircea arriving on time and working a long couple of days. Clean, tidy, reliable and an excellent standard of work. Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.

Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.
