Bill did a great job repairing my kitchen coving, re-using a cut-out piece to fill in two gaps. After repainting them, they merged seamlessly with the rest of the coving. Bill also helped with some touch-ups to paintwork around the house, took time to find the right type of white paint to match and did test patches to check they dried the same as existing paint. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

Stephen did a thorough check for other faults before proceeding to change the pump. Having changed the pump the shower is now working a treat. Would definitely recommend.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.

Stewart quoted the day after contacting me about the job, offered advice about colour and finish to achieve desired result within budget. Work carried out the following week over 2 days as agreed, as I live an hour away from property Stewart provided photo updates after day 1 which was really useful. Quality of work is excellent and I would highly recommend.
