I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Partner responded very promptly. Had thorough and informative discussion but production method suggested they would be unable to meet our design requirements. Had absolutely no complaint with service given.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Scott left the room as he found it, cleaning up before he left for the day. There were no unexpected costs. Scott turned up at the times that he said he would, he also asked us if it was okay for him to work into the early evening. Scott kept us informed of how the work was going, The tiling that Scott has done for us is of great workmanship and we would not hesitate to recommend him.
