Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. Very Poor. Would not use again. We are eft with a house in different colour rendering in patches and had lots of nasty messages when requesting this be fixed. Job took from May until September and left with damaged property and patchy rendering. House looks worse than when they started and we are not the only ones! Do your research on them, and dont let them near your home as they will not leave it in good condition. and will leave it lie us, damaged, patchy and looking worse than before. Save your money!!
