Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. I would appreciate confirmation that the cap fitted is compliant with gas regulations as requested. More care to be prevented going down the flue. Otherwise fine and I would happily use the again.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.
