Arrived and said the job was complex and piled all the cement bags up over the common area making a mess and annoying the neighbours who were v cross. Quoted £3500. I asked him to tidy up and move the cement round the side and he decided to quit after being there about an hour. This was a real blessing as another tradesman did the work in a day for £600. He had very much over blown the issues and time needed to do the job. Disappointed. If he hadn’t made mess he would be £2900 up for a £600 job. Bad.

Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
