Both the toilet unit and the sink unit have not been drilled to the wall, they’re just held in place by sealant. Not sturdy! Taps not connected the right way so hot comes out the cold and vice versa. Thorough checking of this company shows that they are a waste disposal company, they are not plumbers so shouldn’t have contacted me about my plumbing job!

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
