Morgan was quick to grab the job and quote, and could start the job quicker than we were expecting. All the guys that came, including Morgan, were always polite and friendly and just got on with the job. Clean and tidy as well. The only reason I've dropped a star is because there was a confusion over the way Morgan quoted, which we've discussed, and there were a couple of days we had expected trades to call but then at fairly short notice we got let down - Morgan did let us know. Would use again.

This was quite a tricky job. Steve decided to replace the damaged/badly fitted tiles rather than replace the whole lot. He removed a number of tiles and laid and “grouted in” plain and bullnose replacement quarry tiles on horizontal and vertical surfaces. I provided all materials. The work was finished to a good standard and at a reasonable cost.

Arranged sat morning to meet up, but didn't turn up. An email 10 days later apologised as i had slipped thro the net as they were to busy! And that if I arranged they would give me a first class service. No thanks

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Really good job wall mounting my TV in my office, they also installed the hdmi sockets into the walls for me. Clean and tidy, took any rubbish with them and helped move furniture back into place.
