George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!

Adrian & Andrew did a great job, removing our bath, installing a shower tray and fitting new tiles where required. The new tiles complement the existing tiles and they tidied up before leaving

Bernard is a true expert in his trade, he has a wealth of knowledge. He is easily contacted, we arranged a quote, luckily he had a gap in diary & could do the work within a week (rain coming through your kitchen ceiling is never good!) His quote was very reasonable. He arrived on time & removed all debris from site. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again or anyone he recommended

Pure water window cleaning using the latest reach and wash system. We also clean conservatory’s, fascias and soffits and shop signage. We also offer gutter clearing and cleaning services using the latest gutter vacuums so we can work safely from the ground. We do one offs aswell as regular cleans.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.
