They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
