Initially looking for some advice A&D patiently talked through options, planning & the hire of an architect. If/when I go ahead A&D would be a first choice.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Kevin was very prompt in the follow up to the enquiry, quote and following up with a referral. He did a very good job of erecting steels for the repositioning of an internal wall, rebuild of new wall. he was on time and job went without any issues. Will use Kevin again for sure...
