They helped me out when I needed them with no fuss and just did the job. We had a house left in a very bad way by a tenant and there was mould growing up the walls. Swifty Clean had all the equipment and did a great job. I would recommend them to other people and I intend using them again very soon.

We needed a general garden tidy up; strimming, mowing and rubbish removal. Jonathan got the job done quickly and well. He was both reliable and polite and he charged a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Jonathan.

James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

James arrived on time and completed a range of small jobs. Adjusted kitchen cupboards, put up a desk, laid some cushion flooring, put 2 tiles up as a splash back and moved a heavy fire. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend BEK property maintenance based on this experience. They were a real help. Thank you.

Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.

Susan and her colleague were extremely accommodating and the time we agreed they stuck to perfectly. The job they did exceeded my expectations they did jobs over and above what we had agreed for the price. Our home looks absolutely pristine. Lovely ladies.
