We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! So disappointed, completely unreliable. Answered the phone fine to get the job but once appointed it always went to voicemail with no-one returning messages. Didn't always show up. Ran out of time and missed some important items (toilet, bins) but cleaned completely unnecessary ones (removed pictures and cleaned behind them). What they did clean they cleaned well but dealing with the company was just too frustrating to continue.

Maybe a tough clean, but £150 for three hours was more than a reasonable price. When I tried to book again, the price went up by £70 for three floors to be removed of cat mess and mopped in a small flat. Beware! They will rip you off. Very disappointed.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
