Lovely chap, very helpful but unfortunately before he could fit me in the job became an emergency or I would most definitely used him.

We are also unvented cylinder specialists.
Can’t recommend Gary enough. He responded to my ad quickly, and arranged to quote and complete the work within a few days. He was prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. He explained things clearly to me and I won’t be using anyone else in future.

Excellent job, hard working, trustworthy and very nice guy - I would recommend Tim to anyone, in fact I have and he has done other jobs for friends and colleagues, they also rate him 5 stars. Tim fitted all new rads, new boiler, new cold water tank, and shower pump for less than anyone else quoted and to a higher spec.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.
