Craig turned up on the date promised, worked long hours to ensure he completed the task on time. Very neat and tidied up after each day. Really pleased with Karol's and Marek's response and work. Having been without heating for 4 weeks, and let down by perhaps eight other heating engineers, Karol's quick response, and ability to fit the work in within a week, was a great relief. A mid-range price, but living in Stroud I didn't expect the cheapest. I had a rather quirky old system with a gravity-fed CH boiler and separate ancient water heater, but Karol worked everything out and replaced all with a modern combi. Thoroughly recommended.
