The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the repair to leaking pipe and overflowing tank promptly. Subsequently he also replaced our very old and stiff stopcock with an isolation switch which was also done very efficiently.
