Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. But, all in all I am happy to recommend Matthew to anyone.

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Chris did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher in an awkward location. As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. They didn't do a job for me but they were very professional when coming to quote and their price was reasonable. We ended up getting a mega-flow rather than the combi boiler they quoted for.
