Derek is a professional and he came around at short notice to fix my boiler. He gave clear advice and also what he was doing. The repair required multiple visits but he managed to keep me up to date on what he was doing and also the costs were reasonable. I highly recommend him.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Chris was very professional and polite and got in touch with me instantly to arrange a pre-visit to look at the space for the gas connection and quoting me a price. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls. We did manage to arrange another time for him to come and do the job for me.
