Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.
Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

Mr Watson responded quickly, professionally and courtesously to all our enquiries and questions. He always arrived punctually and worked quickly and quietly - and completed the job exactly as he described. His workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and whilst here he spotted a couple of minor defects in our system which he rectified without fuss. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
