On accepting quote for the work Matt’s wife Jemma sourced and suggested items for the fit giving good advice again. The work was done efficiently and with consultation throughout. Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.
