They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.
DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
