Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

Hello I have a traditional joinery workshop were I make quality joinery using traditional methods .i aim to provide always a quality job I have been a joiner for over 30 years city and guilds qualification I mainly make windows and doors gates have worked on lots of grade 2 listed buildings to supply and fit windows and doors to match original woodwork
We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Very pleased with the work carried out by Theo and Wesley on my back garden. They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. This company is a pure scum! The roof has been constructed using an incorrect size of joists and needs rebuild. They built walls without insulation that I now need to rebuild, re plaster, repaint. It's been 5 months still dont have a roof. I have already paid £44,000 out of £55,000 and £9,000 classed as extra at a later stage to Michael O'Heney who runs this company. He has left me a big mess behind, financial debts and has completely ruined my life.
