I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I am a fully qualified nvq level3 insured painter and decorator. I also have a skilled blue cscs health and safety valid card customers have said I'm a mature reliable friendly person who cares about peoples feelings and situations, my father was a painting and decorating contractor primarily for new build houses which is were I started and learnt from 16 I'm now 46 and have never been out of work my son works with me also and is currently learning the trade under my supervision and college my father wound down his company and I started doing some of my own work at a pub called the farmers home in Durley in the 90s which turned into a full dec through the summer.After I worked for a well known established painting and decorating company in Southampton for 17 years and then another for 6 years and then there's now we're I'm enjoying my own work rather then new built work. In my time I've done council work, garages, shops, restaurants, factory's, listed commercial and residential.I enjoy my job and I am passionate about what I do and I love making peoples projects a success.

Addition is for the arctex request, not just the redecoration of the ceiling water damage where the work was excellent and the protection of the furnished room was excellent. Final good comment is that the vacuum use was thorough - nothing left to chance.
