Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.

Matt arrived on time and did a very good job, even did a couple of extra jobs at a good price and stayed until it was done at 8 o clock in the evening

Can't rate Matt and the company higher. Have used a number of tradespeople over the years and it's refreshing to find a company that will not let you down, that takes pride in their work and prices reasonably. I'm very happy with my studio build and thankful that I chose Matt & co to work on this project. I've recommended R.Wilkinsons & Sons to my friends and family because I couldn't be happier with the work they have completed so far.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. I was very happy with the work that Daniel did for me. It was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. I felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job and he cleaned up properly when he had finished. I would recommend him to friends and family and have already arranged to have him come back to do some more work for me next month.
