Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

Top quality service, very happy with the results. Robert ended up working in the dark due to traffic congestion on his way back from the DIY. He works very hard and gets the job done quickly and efficiently despite weather conditions. Would highly recommend this company.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Brilliant service from the first contact Simon came to quote for the job, he was always on time, gave a full quote which was very competitive, a start and finish date which he kept to.. I did ask for his advice on a few little jobs which he just got on with at no extra charge, nothing was to much trouble. His workmanship was first class he even cleaned up after himself, I strongly recommend his services

Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.

John Geddes has visited me on several occasions and spent many hours getting my garden back under control. John has done all that I required and more and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of good gardening. It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.
