Tsvetan "Steven" and his team did a really great job decorating the exterior of our house. Excellent quality and amazingly quick (2 days). Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
