Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
