Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So glad I had Ion and builder John work on my project. Quality workmanship, hard working, punctual, thorough, good at implementing designs etc. Went from having a completely empty shell, to a new fully fitted bathroom, (THEN..) kitchen inc/appliances, engineered wood flooring throughout.. in 4 1/2 weeks.. Absolutely everything is spot on, and nothing was missed out. Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience
