They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
