Really very good. Easily the best of all the quotes I had. He id all the work he had contracted for and some more that he had missed when he gave me the quote rather than arguing. He said he did this 'to make sur it was a good job'. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way.
