arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. We believe this company does various tasks wouldn’t hesitate asking him to do a job for us again or recommended colleagues.

John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. Job was demolition and removal of brick walls and shed debris. Two 8 tonne skips worth of brick and wood. Very happy with him, his team and his work.
