Miheala,Mario and Walid did a good job,re plastered 4 rooms,worked on the roof gutter up and ground gutter,fixed the stair case railings,fit front door canopy, internal wall designs in all rooms and few bric a brac ,they are good guys ,price a bit reasonable but competitive,thanks guys hope to see you guys again for more jobs

Specialists in replacing roofs, slates or tiles. I source and supply all materials saving the customer time and hassle researching the materials. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. Had to get proper plumber to rectify mess

It took under 5 mins for him to assess the problem and tell us what the problem was, as soon as the part was ordered he came back 2 days later to fit and the job took about an hour. We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen.
