Very Poor. Would not use again. We are eft with a house in different colour rendering in patches and had lots of nasty messages when requesting this be fixed. Job took from May until September and left with damaged property and patchy rendering. House looks worse than when they started and we are not the only ones! Do your research on them, and dont let them near your home as they will not leave it in good condition. and will leave it lie us, damaged, patchy and looking worse than before. Save your money!!

Absolutely brilliant service. Lee arrived within 20 mins of first phoning me. Assessed the job went and got materials required, back within 40 mins and all sorted in no time. Donal came out within 24 hours and gave a more than competitive quote , This father and son (Brett) team are not only excellent traders men but are generally just lovely people!! They arrived when they said they would, and got on with the job. !! Worked solid through the 3 days it took to complete my job and the standard was first class !! They were professional, friendly , polite and respectful as well as good at what they do, I will definitely be using them again ! If they will come back! Thanks guys x

Hired Lance to render my garden wall and paid hundreds of pounds for the privilege. He made promises about the product being right for the job and guaranteeing it would last for years. However after 10 months all the render has blown and cracked and started to peel off. Safe to say Lance is completely ignoring me when I have asked for some form of aftercare. Should have spotted trouble when I never received an invoice for the work and wish I’d read the (non fake) 1 star reviews all over the internet first.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

We did not use CD Builders because we were already fixed up. We were told that they had to pay you £20 just to get our details. I hope you refunded the money to them. Ian Kershaw MBE

External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Great service from start to finish.Provided a detailed quote by email very quickly. Agreed a start date and kept in touch before starting to check if I had any questions. Arrived on time each day and didn’t stop working till the end of each day. Cleaned up each day even though it was a really dirty job. Kept me informed each day of where the job was up to and what would happen next. Outstanding quality of work, always went over and above what was required which resulted in a finish better than I expected.
