Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Andy offered to come and look at the job very soon after we posted it and, by chance, was available to do it the following day - and at a very reasonable price. We found Andy to be polite and friendly. He worked quietly and completed the job to a high standard, taking great care to protect the floors and surrounding paintwork, and cleaning up carefully before he left.
