Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
