The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
I have been a plasterer since 1988 and have done all aspects plastering/rendering. From complete house renovations, extensions, loft conversions, garden walls, to ceiling/wall patches. I live in Leigh-On-Sea and have built a good reputation with local builders and the general public. I am happy to quote for the smaller jobs that others may not want. I will always give a fair and honest opinion on any works that need completing at very competitive rates. I take great pride in my work and regard myself as conscientious and reliable .
