We hired Florin to insulate and render our house and we are extremely happy with the overall outlook of our house now. Florin is an extremely hard working, skilful and an honest person who made this entire process look so easy and stress free. Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

Terry and Glen laid laminate flooring in our hallway and dining room and floor tiles in the kitchen. we are really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending TDM to family and friends. we could find no fault with thier workmanship, reliability and the price was reasonable. all in all 100 per cent satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Dean helped us out after we had been let down by another tradesman! He came round the day after i called him, got the quote back to me and started less than a week later! He also helped us improve the look of the finish and went above and beyond when himself and another worker did the job. It looked great and they were so tidy, id highly recommemd to anyone, wish we had found them sooner!

Excellent work completed by Pin construction, communication was excellent throughout the paving and pergola work carried out. I have a wonderful garden thanks to Emile and his team. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Pun Construction.

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Patrick was very helpful right from start. He was detailed in the initial quote and communication was easy and prompt. On the day he was very polite, clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
